The 2025 edition of Auto Expo will be held in two venues - Auto Expo - The Motor Show at Bharat Mandapam and Auto Expo The Components Show at BBSR, Khordha, Odisha

There will be Taxis and Autos for visitors outside gate no. 4 of the venue

Right of admission in Auto Expo - The Motor Show is reserved. Auto Expo - The Motor Show is a ticketed event, entry will be by tickets/passes only. Each ticket/pass admits one person only. No ticket is required for children up to five years of age. Also, no ticket will be required for persons in wheelchair and one of their attendants/helpers.

Unauthorised bicycle, skate board, roller skate etc. are not allowed inside the venue. Parking is only allowed at the designated parking area for two wheelers and cars which is on first come first serve basis. Organisers will not be held responsible for any loss, damage and theft of any vehicles within the designated parking area of the event.

Pets are not allowed in the venue. All unidentified objects must be reported to the security personnel or the police immediately.

The show will be open to public from 27-29 March 2025 and ticket price is Rs. 0.00.

If ticket is stolen / lost, replacement will not be issued. No refund will be given once a ticket is purchased. The ticket will only be valid if barcode or hologram has not been tampered with. Entry to the venue will close one hour before or earlier as per the discretion of the Organisers or authority

Each ticket will be for single use (one time) entry to the exhibition venue. Organisers would have the right to deny entry to any visitor, even if the visitor possesses a valid ticket, without assigning any reason or justification.

Entry into the venue by ticket holders will be allowed at the gates not before 10am every day and gate entry will be closed one hour before official close of exhibition every day. Entry into halls will be closed 30 minutes before official closing time of the day.

Visitors are advised not to carry large handbags, briefcases, large ladies’ handbags, backpacks, packets, etc. as no cloak rooms available.

Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol will not be allowed to be brought in from outside the venue. Smoking in public places is strictly prohibited.

Any kind of cooked / uncooked, packed / unpacked food & beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will not be allowed to be brought in the venue. Food and beverages will be available inside the venue against payment. Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue.

In case it is necessary, basic first aid/medical facilities will be provided, however, the organizers do not take any responsibility for any complication arising from the treatment administered at the venue or due to side effects caused because of previous medical history.
